The Vibe Beach Club forward of deck 17 is one of the ship's two over 18’s only venues and features an oversized hot tub, luxurious chaise longue and a relaxing water feature. Chiball fire yoga and pure form pilates cost $12 per class (or $30 for three classes), TRX suspension training costs $25, Norwegian Fight Klub $25, Flywheel indoor cycling $30 and body sculpt boot camp $120 (which covers four sessions). The TRX Suspension Training is also available in the fitness centre and is a form of resistance training including bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability.Ĭharges apply for classes and personal training sessions with nutritional consultations and metabolic testing also available. The fitness centre itself features a fully-equipped ocean view gym with the latest Technogym® cardio equipment and weights, with all cardio equipment synched to iPod music players and large HD screens enabling guests to watch television during workouts, follow a set training programme or navigate the playlist on their iPod. Guests can also stretch like The Rockettes® by taking an exclusive fitness class designed by The Rockettes® training team. Other new classes include “Freestyle Fight Klub” which combines Nexersys® training with cardio boxing class using the fitness centre’s 12 heavy bags, “Black Light Spinning” were guests exercise on bikes to up tempo music in a room lit entirely by black lights and neon graffiti art, “Spirals” which is a Pilates-inspired class using weighted balls for added resistance and “Chi Balls” – a group class inspired by traditional Chinese medicine with elements of yoga, tai chi and meditation. The Fitness Centre can be found forward of deck 15 and features the first ever Nexersys® interactive fight training modules at sea where guests partake in high intensity training against an avatar.
